Welcome to the Columbia Metro Rotary website! It is a pleasure to be serving as President of Columbia Metro Rotary Club for the 2007 – 2008 year. We are excited to be entering our 15th year of service to the Columbia community.

Our Columbia Metro Rotary Club is one of four Rotary clubs in Columbia, Missouri – a college town of approximately 90,000 individuals. Our club has great diversity in age and profession. While we work very well as team members in our service projects, we offer one another much knowledge, compassion and a whole lot of fun.

We consist of a membership that averages around 90 members. We continue our tradition of service in our community by conducting annual food drives and by adopting families during the Christmas season to provide food, clothing and gifts for those less fortunate. We enjoy participating in the international exchange program, and have been active with in-bound as well as out-bound students. In addition, we are proud to be partners with the Columbia Public Schools’ Title I program. Assisting students as they improve their literacy skills has been very worthwhile and rewarding to all.

Should the opportunity present itself, you are welcome to visit our club at any time. We meet each Wednesday at noon at the Columbia Country Club.

Please let me know if you have any questions about Columbia Metro Rotary.
